About LMC

Lotus Mindfulness Centre (LMC) is a secular mindfulness initiative founded in Toronto in 2017 by Deepak Kashyap. He has over a decade of experience in the field of yoga and mindfulness meditation, and counselling therapy. He has lived and worked in India, the U.K., Canada, and Dubai.

LMC provides mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) to reduce and manage day-to-day stress, anxiety, productivity issues and depressive blues. It works with corporations, groups, individuals, and educational institutes in providing mindfulness-based solutions with the aim of human development
